Terms

This site is run by [OPERATING ENTITY — TBD], [POSTAL ADDRESS — TBD]. Using it means you agree to these terms.

When you send picks, a display name, a write-in, a request, a case or a call, you give [OPERATING ENTITY — TBD] a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to show it on this site, read it on the show, and post it on the show's social accounts. You keep any rights you have in it. We don't have to use anything you send.

• No slurs, harassment, threats, sexual content or spam.
• Public figures only. Don't name or share details about private people.
• No bots, scripts or tricks to inflate counts, votes or scores.
• Use a display name you're happy to see on screen.

We can edit, hide or remove anything, and block anyone, at any time.

Images made with "Bring it to life" are AI-generated fan art, labelled "AI-generated fan art · not endorsed by anyone pictured". They are for fun, are not real photographs, and are not endorsed by anyone named or pictured.

The show isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any league, team, brand or person named in a pick. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only as text in fans' and guests' opinions. Every Rushmore is an opinion, not a statement of fact.

If you think something on this site infringes your copyright or rights, send the details (what it is, where it is, and how to reach you) to [CONTACT EMAIL — TBD] or by post to [POSTAL ADDRESS — TBD]. We'll review it and remove it where appropriate.

Carving and episode requests are free. No prizes, no purchase. See the Rules.

You must be 13 or older to send anything or sign up for emails.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, [OPERATING ENTITY — TBD] isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything other fans post, and our total liability to you is limited to US$100.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW — TBD]. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version.
